What happens to my files if I upload them?
Your files are temporarily stored in a virtual private cloud. Once you log off our website, all your uploaded files are deleted from our temporary store and never seen by our tools again (until you upload them).
How does your AI work? Are you training your model on my files to generate new content?
We will never train anything on your data. When you upload your files, the files are temporarily stored in a virtual cloud for the length of your session. Once you leave the site, the files are deleted. At no point do we ever train any model or agent on anything contained in your files. Our AI is reinforced with contextual information based on our team's knowledge and understanding of investment banking and consulting workflows, not from any training on any firm's slides or models. Our agent sits on top of foundational LLMs, using their semantic parsing and text completion abilities. The agent interacts with our properietary layer of functions to execute on your user prompts and make the changes to the document. Precedents you upload will only be available for the length of your session. Themes and Saved Files will similarly be available for the length of your session and deleted immediately after it ends. The agent leverages your uploaded precedents to search through the document and generate copies of pre-existing formats and graphics that you can re-use. The minute you log off, all your precedents are deleted from our virtual store.
Why is it free? Are you making money some other way?
Nope. For now, our focus is helping users and building an awesome tool that finance and corporate professionals can use to save themselves time everyday. We are more interested in your feedback and reactions than monetizing or trying to make a buck by selling you ads. We do not share any of your data, including not only your files, but also your emails, and names, with anybody. Period.
Does my company need to buy a subscription?
Nope. You can just log on, go to your dashboard, and start prompting. Our v1 is built for individual users. We know you can't upload documents without sign off from your firm. That's why we're currently building a "Team" version to bundle individual accounts and get through your compliance teams.
I can't upload anything on your website without sign off from my company.
We understand. That's why we have features built to generate slides without you needing to upload your personal files. We hope those can be useful to you.
